Dr. Stefania Tuinder performs complex microsurgical breast reconstruction at the Maastricht Hospital in the Netherlands. She has published multiple papers on this topic. We discuss the the mind-body connection for women who have had reconstructed breasts or are thinking of this type of breast surgery.
